Professional experience

2004 – 2006: Vladislav Glushenko immediately started his professional activity after he graduated from university. While serving as an intern in law education, he started independent processing of civil-legal cases of non-difficult categories (cases about defending rights of consumers, family, labor, land disputes). Then he continued to practice as a lawyer on his own and set up a law firm after passing an exam that gave him the status of a lawyer. At this point in time, he was a member of the Advocate Chamber of the Stavropol Territory.

2007 – 2016: Continually perfecting skills of professional activity, he decided to expand borders of personnel geographic knowledge and moved to the capital of the Russian Federation, Moscow, and became a member of the Moscow City Advocates’ Chamber.

In this period of time, Vladislav Glushenko led law activities for the non-commercial organization “City Bar Association”, mostly specializing on arbitrational and civil-legal issues, resulting from civil-legal relations: economic conflicts, the law of obligation (deliveries, contracting, sales-purchase, rent, loan, renting relations, hereditary, family disputes).

In 2016 he joined the team of professionals, key staff of the Bar Association “PRAVOE DELO”.

Specialization

Vladislav Glushenko specializes in his legal activity support of economic entities with the purpose of minimizing legal risks in economical and entrepreneurial activities. He also conducts corporate and economical conflicts in arbitrational courts and courts of general jurisdiction at any level, representing the interests of organizations and citizens (including foreign ones) in both court and state authorities. 

He has substantial experience of positive disputes’ resolving in the sphere of civil, family, hereditary law, deals with regulation issues in the sphere of law of copyright and alien rights.

Vladislav Glushenko executes cooperation with foreign partners of Bar Association with the purpose of defending personnel and property interests of Grantors beyond the borders of the Russian Federation.
