Yulia Glinkovskaya started practicing law in 2002 in a significant Russian Holding company, where she worked her way up from a lawyer to becoming a director of the corporate management department. She dealt with issues of civil and corporate law, including transactions’ support for shares’ and stakes’ acquisition and sales in Russian and foreign companies, deals with immovable property and units of intellectual property, and was responsible for cooperation with state authorities, subsidiary and associated companies, and organization of corporate procedures.

From 2008 until 2014 she headed Management of corporate politics in subsidiary companies of the open joint-stock company “Gazprom”, where she was responsible for organizational development, including development and execution of projects for assets’ consolidation, structuring of transactions, and support in acquisition enterprises and property complexes, as well as the optimization of the structure of property and management and foundation mutual enterprises in Russia and abroad.

Beginning in 2014 until now, Yulia Glinkovskaya has been working for PRAVOE DELO as the Deputy Chairperson and Chief of corporate practice, working with acquisition and share disposal projects in Russian and foreign companies and other assets, and resolving difficult legal issues for enterprises and physical units.

Education

  • Graduated from Moscow State Law Academy with a degree in “Civil law”
  • Graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs, MIA of Russia (MGIMO), earning a degree in International Economics, with proficiency in English.
  • Completed a Masters in Business Administration from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (EMBA) with a specialization in Strategic and Corporate Management.
